Standard Services
General Cleaning Includes:
- Personalized ongoing cleaning.
- Upkeep of areas under normal wear and tear.
- Kitchen, baths, dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
Services Not Provided:
- Hoarding cleanout.
- Waste remediation/removal (human or animal).
- Mold remediation.
General Kitchen Cleaning:
- Exterior of large appliances
- Stove top/front, general wipe off of gas stove grates (no deep cleaning of gas stove grates)
- Interior/exterior of microwave
- Backsplash
- Reachable hood vent (if applicable)
- Exterior wipe down of small appliances
- Countertop wash
- Cabinet/drawer handle and pull wash
- Trash removal. Kitchen trash can exterior wipe down.
- Floor cleaning
- Dust low hanging lights
- Dining table wash and chair back/seat wipe down (if not fabric)
- Dusting of lights
- Mirror(s) cleaning

- Trash *Edge will not change trash that has any bodily fluids. All trash must be safely wrapped.

Requirements:
- Vacuuming must be ordered for mopping to be done.
Clients must provide their preferred floor cleaner.
- Edge offers a sheet-changing service priced by bed size.
Requirements:
- • Homeowners must remove soiled sheets (Edge will not remove soiled sheets due to potential biohazard risks).
- • Have clean sheets and pillowcases folded and ready near the bed.
- • Edge staff will put on the new sheets and make the bed.
Payment:
- Credit Card required for deposit (first cleaning) and ongoing services
Pets:
- No more than 4 pets (cats and dogs).
- No cleaning of litter boxes, crates, or pens.
- No area with bird mess / droppings
- No area with small rodent pet mess / droppings (ie. Hamster, Guinea Pig)
Parking:
- Must have driveway nearby or nearby free parking.
- Client covers any street parking fees.
Services Not Provided:
- No service for high rise buildings.
- No service for sites with non-local investors/managers.

- Realty work must be scheduled through the homeowner or realtor.

Deep Clean
Options:
- Empty cabinet wash (interior and exterior).
- Exterior only wash.
Exterior Only Includes:
- Wet wash of doors (both sides), drawer fronts, runners, exterior frames, end caps, and surrounds.
Interior/Exterior Wash:
- Same as exterior, plus interior shelving and boxes.
- Cabinets and drawers must be empty for interior wash.
Cleaning Includes:
- Wipe interior fridge walls.
- Detail shelving and drawers.
- Wet wash freezer to remove crumbs.
Prep Instructions:
- Remove old food/leftovers from fridge and freezer.
- Avoid grocery shopping right before cleaning.
Options:
- Wash without taking down.
- Take apart, soak/wash glass/globes, replace.
Requirements:
- Must be reachable with a step stool.
- No vaulted ceilings or 2-story work.
- No detailed/multi-piece chandeliers.

- Detail dusting.

- Our team doesn't move furniture but uses a long duster to reach behind/under it.
